Q. What do you think of the Pat Jennings mural on the wall of heroes outside Windsor Park?
A. Believe it or not, I haven't seen it.
Q. How did it feel to score in the Charity Shield?
A. I was surprised but I was delighted too as it was on live television. In those days, you could have played all your matches without anyone seeing you. So I was pleased it was the Charity Shield and it was on telly as it's nice to be able to watch it again.
Q. Did you experience much hostility when you moved from Spurs to Arsenal?
A. Not really, because I had a good reputation leaving Tottenham and thankfully I had a great start at Arsenal where I had seven and a half great years playing for them.
Q. What was your most memorable international for Northern Ireland?
A. I tried for the best part of my career to qualify for the World Cup. After drawing on the final night of the qualifying campaign with Israel, to find that the other results had gone our way was an amazing feeling. So learning that we'd qualified for the World Cup and then beating the hosts (Spain) when we got there, were my best moments.
Q. Would you ever consider a career in Irish politics?
A. Certainly not! No chance! I played all my career right through the troubles in Northern Ireland and despite having been in the limelight, politics is the one thing that I've always steered clear of.
